MEDIA ADVISORY: Tech Startups to Demo Products at PIT as Part of Fortyx80 Event

What: Fortyx80, a new arm of the Pittsburgh Technology Council committed to advancing the growth of entrepreneurs across southwestern Pennsylvania, is holding its first ever pitch-and-demo showcase, featuring several Pittsburgh-based travel startups including one company started by Pine-Richland High School students. The event gives companies and young entrepreneurs a chance to connect with key audiences – travel agents, businesses and travelers themselves – to promote new ideas, apps and products.

Where: Airside Terminal Center Core
 
Notes: Media wishing to cover the event should obtain a pass to go to the Airside Terminal on the Ticketing Level next to the myPITpass counter. Marked vehicles are permitted to park in the Courier Lot but should notify Bob Kerlik in advance.
