DESCRIPTION:Dr. Helga Scheibert began her musical training at the High School of Arts in Targu Mures\, Transylvania at age 7. She has experience performing with orchestras both as a soloist and collaborator. She has performed several solo and chamber recitals in the U.S. and in Europe and had performances broadcast on Romanian National Radio\, West Virginia Public Radio. She is the winner of numerous piano auditions and competitions including Duquesne University Concerto Competition\, Intersection of Classical and Jazz Piano Competition\, Pittsburgh Concert Society. \nShe holds a Bachelor in Piano Performance from Gheorghe Dima Music Academy (Romania)\, Artist Diploma and Masters from Duquesne University (Pittsburgh) and a Doctorate in Piano Performance from West Virginia University (Morgantown). \nCurrently she serves as faculty at Carnegie Mellon Preparatory School\, and she is accompanist at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She enjoys composing\, improvising\, and experimenting with classical\, jazz\, folk\, and modern music.

A graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York\, his career includes performances at Lincoln Center\, with the cast of Rock of Ages\, and as a finalist in NPR’s WYEP Singer-Songwriter Competition. Since releasing his debut album Long Time Coming in 2022\, Santino has appeared on PBS\, performed with Hall of Fame songwriters\, and toured across more than 40 countries.

DESCRIPTION:National Recording Artist Kevin Howard is a world class keyboardist\, writer\, composer and producer. Born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and now living in Maryland. \nKevin was honored as Jazz artist of the year 2018 by the Pennsylvania House of Representative which he was recognized on the floor in Harrisburg\,PA. and received a citation to honor him. In addition Kevin has received several awards which include three “Best Jazz Performer Awards” from renowned local urban radio station WAMO; the WQED Harry Schwab Excellence in the arts award; Best Jazz Performer Champions Association; Pittsburgh City Paper “top three jazz performers”. Kevin\, along with his band served as the Pittsburghʼs WJJJ Smooth Jazz Band for more than two years\, performing at various events sponsored by the radio station. \nKevin recently toured with and was the musical director for jazz saxophone legend Ronnie Laws\, also recorded and performed with saxophonist Marion Meadows\, Norman Connors\, Lonnie Liston Smith\, Najee\, and George Benson. In addition has shared the stage with Jonathan Butler\, Cameo\,Roy Ayers\, Pieces of a dream\, Joe McBride and John Legend. \nKevin also headlined concerts in Maui Hawaii\, Carlyle Club\,Vienna Wine & Jazz Festival\, Atlanta GA\, Parkersburg\,WV Jazz on the Green and Mid-Ohio Valley Multi-culture Festival\, Jazz under the Stars Harrisburg PA\, International Festival Baltimore MD.\, National Urban League Convention\,Spaghettini (Seal Beach California )\,Bethesda Jazz & Blues Club\, Fire Station One in Silver Spring\,Maryland Live Casino Resort and several venues nationwide.
