Jan Rea
TREASURER
Jan Rea was confirmed as a member of the Allegheny County Airport Authority Board on March 6, 2012. She currently serves as Treasurer of the board.
An original member of the Allegheny County Council, Jan served that body from 2000-2015. During her tenure, she chaired almost every committee of council, including appointment review. She was also a member of the Budget and Finance Committee, responsible for setting and oversight of the county’s operating, capital, and grants and special accounts budgets. While on Council, she also served as a member of the Allegheny County Board of Health.
Jan is a lifelong resident of the North Hills and has an extensive history as a community volunteer with a special focus on children’s concerns.
