DBE Goal
In fulfillment of the requirements of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulation Part 26 (49 CFR Part 26), the Allegheny County Airport Authority has developed a proposed Overall DBE Goal for FFY 2026-2028 for FAA-funded projects at Pittsburgh International Airport and Allegheny County Airport. A public meeting was held on May 21, 2025 to review the methodology used to calculate the proposed goal.
ACDBE Goal
In fulfillment of the requirements of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 23 (49 CFR Part 23), the Allegheny County Airport Authority has developed a proposed Overall Goal ACDBE or FFY 2027-2029 for FAA-funded projects at Pittsburgh International Airport and Allegheny County Airport. A public meeting was held on October 13, 2026 to review the methodology used to calculate the proposed goal.
The Allegheny County Airport Authority hereby announces its fiscal years 2027 through 2028 goal of 5.3% for Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction contracts.
