Air Travel Expecting Record-Breaking Year-End Holiday Traffic
Pittsburgh International Airport’s new terminal is expected to be part of the busiest end-of-year holiday for U.S. air travel on record. Between Dec. 21, 2025, and Jan. 4, 2026, the peak period for air travel this Christmas and New Year’s, airlines are scheduled to operate nearly 465,000 arriving and departing seats on flights at PIT. ...
