Never Horse Around with a Real Horse

Rick Bach, 2023

Never Horse Around with a Real Horse is a set of four large Corten steel horses from artist Rick Bach’s Trojan Horse Farm series. Bach’s motivation is to entertain and provoke while pushing boundaries. This sculpture consists of four structures, three in a copper color, and the fourth in a bright red. While various sizes, these pieces all are an
elongated form with a wide base, narrow top, and curved back. Atop these pieces is an abstracted “head” of sorts, all of which being in a copper color.

Materials: Corten Steel, Paint
