Pittsburgh International Airport is closely monitoring the temporary FAA-mandated flight reductions related to the federal government shutdown. While PIT is not among a published list of airports impacted, PIT does have nonstop service to several of those markets. Passengers are advised to check with their airline before coming to the airport in order to closely follow their flight status as some flights will be impacted. Essential federal workers are continuing to work through the shutdown.
