Zen Strings is a music collective from Pittsburgh, performing versatile and unique interpretations of classics from The Beatles, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, and others. Their music creates ideal ambiance for any event, location, occasion, or crowd.
Richard Risnear studied piano at Penn State and performs all over the Pittsburgh area. He has a deep love of Chopin waltzes and plays the Nutcracker at Christmas. Other artists include Mozart, Liszt, Grieg, Vivaldi, Joplin, among others.
Theo Kutsko is a local pianist and vocalist, studying theatre arts and musical theatre at Point Park University.
