As a system of airports, we have connected our people and our communities to the world for nearly 70 years – we appreciate and value the differences of culture, people and perspectives. Diversity, equity and inclusion are not just words; they are core principles, driven into every action we take and decision we make.

Through the management of Pittsburgh International and Allegheny County Airports, the Allegheny County Airport Authority’s (ACAA) core responsibility is to connect our many communities – all with rich cultures, deep histories and diverse peoples – to the world. Put simply – our main function as airports is to make the world open to and for all.

Building what we’ve termed a Smarter Airport encompasses everything that goes into exceeding traveler needs and getting aircraft into the air safely, on time, and to their destinations.
