UPDATE: Rules and Regulations Regarding Health/Safety During COVID-19/Coronavirus Pandemic
ACAA has amended its Rules and Regulations to require all our partners, vendors, contractors, and other product and service providers follow recommended and ordered practices issued by the following jurisdictions: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH), Allegheny County Department of Health (ACHD), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) related to the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic, particularly when on-site at either of our airport facilities. Please reference the ACAA Rules and Regulations here.
Leafletting and Other Speech-Related Activity Guidelines and Application
Guidelines have been established for the issuance of permits for authorized non-solicitation leafletting, displaying of signs, signature gathering, conducting of surveys and other speech-related activities at the Pittsburgh International Airport (“Airport”). These Guidelines have been established for the purposes of ensuring the smooth operation of the Airport and meeting the primary responsibility of facilitating air travel. The Airport is not a public forum, and the Allegheny County Airport Authority (“ACAA”) seeks to avoid and minimize unnecessary disruption to the traveling public and the employees at each Airport.
