2024 May Board Meeting

The Allegheny County Airport Authority Board Meeting scheduled for May 24, will be held in Conference Room A during the following times:

  •  Committee Meeting: 9:30 a.m.
  • Public Meeting: 11:00 a.m.

To allow the public to comment on issues, public comments will be accepted until Thursday, May 23, at 5 p.m. Comments will be read entirely, up to the two minutes of allotted time, and addressed accordingly.

65 Pa. C.S section 701-716 (“Sunshine Law”) provides for reasonable opportunity for citizen of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (and other political subdivisions) to comment on government matters, official actions to deliberations which are or may be before the Allegheny County Airport Authority prior to the taking of official action. The term “official action” is defined in the Sunshine Law to include “a vote…on any proposal, resolution, rule, regulation ordinance, report or order.”
