The Pittsburgh International Airport might be big, but you don’t have to worry about getting lost here. You can visit the Airport Ambassador Desk to chat with our airport volunteers who will be happy to answer any questions you may have while you’re here.

It’s important to make sure everything you bring with you on your flight is protected. Our Bicycle Station has a bike rack, air pump and a selection of tools for your convenience so you can make sure your vehicle stays safe during your travels.

Hyatt Regency

Slip into the comfort of beautifully designed rooms and suites at the Hyatt Regency hotel. You don’t have to worry about missing your flight when you’re here; the hotel is directly connected to the pre-security terminal through the moving walkway. PIT Information Desk

There is no need to stress while you’re at the airport. No matter your airport-related inquiry, you can chat with our Customer Service Representatives at the PIT Information Desk. The desk is staffed daily from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Landside Piano

If you visit the Pittsburgh International Airport on a Thursday, you’ll be able to hear live music throughout the pre-security terminal. Each week, local pianists perform classical, jazz and pop pieces for your enjoyment.

The Club Lounge

The Club Lounge offers access to all passengers — no annual membership fee required. Sensory Room

Presley’s Place is a private, soundproof space that offers a calming respite for travelers with sensory sensitivities and their families to de-escalate prior to getting on a plane or even after landing. Visitors can adjust the lighting in the rooms, engage in calming activities and even participate in a realistic airplane experience.

Tuskegee Airmen Memorial

Experience a piece of history at the Tuskegee Airmen Memorial. This site honors the brave Tuskegee Airmen who fought in World War II. The display features photos, informative text and video of the Tuskegee Airmen, so you can learn all about them.

USO Center

The USO is now open to serve those who serve. All Active-Duty, National Guard, Reserve and their families. Additionally, Retirees with proper ID are welcome to enjoy the center. The Center offers food and beverages, multimedia activities, a lounge space and more.
